What Is in the Cocktail, and Why It Matters
When the delicate balance of the hair growth cycle is disturbed, through stress, medication, nutrient absorption, poor circulation or illness the hair may suffer and appear dry, lacklustre or weak.
The blend combines a variety of nutrients beneficial for healthy hair growth and include:
- Biotin (B7) and Panthenol (B5)
- Pyridoxine (B6)
- Amino acids — Cysteine, Methionine, Arginine, Lysine, Taurine, the building blocks of healthy hair
- Minerals — Zinc, Copper and Magnesium
- Peptides — Oligopeptides, Polypeptides, Ginkgo biloba
- Glutathione, anti oxidants, Saw Palmetto
Following a full consultation, Wellness test or Trichotest, we blend the hair cocktail as part of our treatment plan, ensuring the correct blend to address our client’s particular hair concerns.
We may need to improve the microcirculation to the follicles, help strengthen the hair, protect against oxidative stress or help reduce localised follicle inflammation. We can combine ‘Hair cocktail’ treatment with Calecim AHS or Polynucleotides as part of a more in depth treatment plan.
How the Treatment Works at The Hair Office
Delivery of nutrients is key. Kelly infuses the bespoke cocktail into the scalp using a micro-needling device to ensure the ingredients reach exactly where they are needed most. Each session lasts around 20 minutes.
Your treatment plan
- Initial course — one session per week for five weeks or 10 weeks depending on your plan.
- Maintenance — roughly one session a month, or every 3 months, depending on results and the bespoke treatment plan.
Hair will usually appear shinier, more hydrated, shedding reduces after 6 – 8 weeks onward.

Fantastic I had a consultation at the hair office with Dr Mehta and Kelly Morrell. The atmosphere was really relaxed they put my mind at rest about the treatment which was only mildly uncomfortable and relatively pain free .
